I was 3 hours from home, travelling alone and to make matters worse my mobile was low on battery charge. After calling your emergency number I was reassured that help was on its way and I was delighted when the agent turned up so quickly. I was towed to a safe position where my horse was offloaded into a very smart horsebox and we were taken home in style.
