“My breakdown had the makings of a nightmare scenario. My vehicle stopped in the middle of traffic lights on a very busy A road. I was 3 hours from home, travelling alone and to make matters worse my mobile was low on battery charge. After calling your emergency number I was reassured that help was on its way and I was delighted when the agent turned up so quickly. I was towed to a safe position where my horse was offloaded into a very smart horsebox and we were taken home in style. I was very impressed with his professionalism and manner and would like to thank all concerned for such a wonderful service. ”
