All our providers and contractors must meet our minimum standards before being accepted.

Horse Transporters will be required to prove that they hold the correct DEFRA documentation applicable to their vehicle, Certificate of Competency and where required current Operators Licences for all intended vehicles. In addition we require you to have valid insurance cover appropriate for the business that you have been contracted to carry out.

Roadside Rescue & Recovery contractors are required to be available 24/7, be accredited with PAS43, affiliated to a trade organization i.e. AVRO, RRRA, and have valid insurance cover appropriate for the business that you have been contracted to carry out, which includes public liability cover of not less than five million pounds.
